Auto-responder Emails
What's an e-mail auto-responder? In what cases can this software come in real handy?
An auto-responder is a predefined email message, which can be sent automatically as a reply to every single message received in a mailbox with this function enabled. Two of the most typical examples for using this feature are automatic email messages that one is briefly out of the office or that an order has been received successfully. An auto-responder can also be used as a general verification that an e-mail is received successfully, which is often something very important in enterprise email correspondence. The message that's delivered can contain pretty much anything and could be modified depending on the conditions and exactly what the auto-responder will be used for. As the feature is activated server-side, there isn’t anything you are expected to do manually and you do not need an email program to be enabled at all times for the automatic reply to be delivered to the person sending you an e-mail.
Auto-responder Emails in Shared Hosting
Creating an auto-responder message will take you just a couple of mouse clicks if you are using a Linux shared hosting from our company. This can be done via the Emails section of our in-house made Hepsia Control Panel where you could see your email addresses listed in alphabetical order. You may either select an e-mail and click on the auto-responder icon or just right-click and choose the feature in the context menu which will show up. All you need to do will be to enter the content you want to be sent as an automatic reply and save the modifications. You can enter any text you need and editing or removing the auto-responder function is just as easy. From the very same part of the Control Panel it is possible to check which mail accounts have the feature active and which do not.
